Movicel selected Vivida to innovate its subscribers engagement process
VividaWeb, the next generation provider of mobile Internet solutions, announced today that Angolan mobile operator Movicel has selected the VividaWeb OverBrowser® platform to improve its customer engagement process, by providing its subscribers with new mobile browsing experience, an innovative project called WebFront 2.0.
Thanks to the implementation of the OverBrowser® platform integrated with new company systems, Movicel will be able to interact more easily and efficiently with its customer base, providing updated and personalized information, self-care capabilities and targeted promotions.
Movicel main goal is to increase customer satisfaction and to enable more monetization opportunities.
